Marc Sellouk

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Marc Sellouk founded Transbeam in 1996. Since then, his vision, hard-charging leadership, and passion have become hallmarks of Transbeam’s success. Under Marc’s entrepreneurial spirit, Transbeam has achieved remarkable milestones, consistently outpacing competitors and maintaining market dominance with each new released product or technology.

Marc is a recognized authority on telecommunications and carrier services and has built key partnerships with leading vendors and customers infusing his vision and leadership into the industry. Marc is also focused on building Transbeam’s corporate infrastructure needed to maintain rapid growth while quality remains high.


Sam Kashi

President

Sam Kashi specializes in developing small and mid size businesses. His ability to quickly and efficiently restructure companies and adjust their business models in the face of shifting economic climates has allowed Transbeam to thrive through marketplace changes and to achieve a market leader position.

His in-depth understanding of the market allows Sam to lead Transbeam’s innovative product strategy and to acquire a client list that includes The Waldorf Astoria, CIBC World Markets and The New York Palace Hotel, among others. Sam also manages Transbeam’s financial and corporate growth and is responsible for positioning Transbeam to benefit from new business opportunities, keeping the Company always steps ahead of the market.


Avner Nebel

Chief Operating Officer

Avner joined Transbeam in 1998, bringing with him a strong background in professional services and IT management. Prior to joining Transbeam, Avner served as an operations and efficiency consultant for technology companies in New York.

Prior to that he held senior military training and development positions and is a promoter of an innovative business management process maintaining service, security and professionalism in the workplace. These guiding principles have been pivotal in Transbeam’s evolution from a young ISP startup, to the technology leader it is today. Avner is responsible for developing Transbeam’s technically advanced and service orientated operations team. He also leads the company’s Hotel and Conferencing group, guiding clients towards technological solutions that are both cost-effective and secure.


Mark Levine

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Levine joined Transbeam in 2007, bringing over 30 years’ of extensive and diversified roll up your sleeves experience in manufacturing and financial services to the CFO position at Transbeam. Mark is a self-motivated, detail oriented manager with plenty of energy, desire and ability to improve operations, control costs and reduce overhead.

Prior to working at Transbeam, Mark spent 23 years as the CFO/Controller of Colonial Mirror & Glass Corp, the largest tempered glass manufacturer in New York City. During his tenure with Colonial Mirror & Glass Corp, Mark eliminated an unprofitable product line and consolidated plant operations resulting in over one million in cost savings. He also achieved a 60% reduction in costs relating to fiscal year end activities among many other impressive accomplishments throughout his career.


Peter Karoczkai

Executive Vice President

Peter Karoczkai joined Transbeam in 2010 to lead the company’s sales, product, marketing, channel and business development efforts. Prior to joining Transbeam, Peter was the SVP of Product Development at ACN Inc. the world largest direct seller of telecommunications services in the world with $600 million in revenues and 1,500 employees operating in 22 countries. From 2006 to 2008, Peter was Mutualink, Inc.’s CEO. Mutualink is an IP-based multimedia solution that connects wireless and wireline telephone, video and 2-way radio (push-to-talk) networks for public safety agencies. From 1999 to 2006, Peter served as InfoHighway Communications’ (now Broadview Networks) Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He was responsible for InfoHighway’s marketing and sales functions including new product development, product management, pricing and distribution and direct and indirect sales channel management. From July 1995 through July 1999, Peter was Vice President, Marketing and Product Management for Verizon’s (previously Bell Atlantic) wholesale division, with revenues of over $1 billion in 1999. In this position, he was responsible for the development of key wholesale initiatives, such as UNE-P, local loops, DSL, collocation, shared transport and many more. From September 1992 through July 1995, Peter was Director, Marketing for NYNEX Mobile Communications. Peter began his career in marketing computer networks and services for technology companies. Peter received his BS in Marketing Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his MBA in Marketing and International Management from New York University.


Harpreet Chandhok

Vice President, Operations

Harpreet Chandhok joined Transbeam in 2011, bringing a wealth of professional experience in Information Systems and workflow management. Harpreet’s primary responsibilities include oversight and management of Product Rollout, Implementation and Repair.  Harpreet also oversees management of Transbeam’s Information Systems including automation of Operations through BPM system. Overall driving Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction, among other duties.

Prior to joining Transbeam, Harpreet served as Relationship Manager at Oracle (Financial Services domain) and was responsible for IT Infrastructure Management. In this position he served as single point of contact for escalations with IT (Server and Network) issues. Other primary responsibilities included Service Assurance and Customer Relationship Management. Harpreet has a BS in Electronics and Communication from India and MS in Computer Science from NJIT, New Jersey.


Brian Murray

Director, Network Engineering

Brian joined Transbeam in 2006, bringing with him a strong background in telecommunication. He was brought on to grow the Voice Network and establish Transbeam’s CLEC interconnection with the incumbent. Brian has been the lead Voice Engineer at Transbeam and is responsible for developing many of the Voice products. His work ethic and dedication to Transbeam has resulted in significant growth on this front.

Prior to joining Transbeam, Brian served as an Senior Switch Engineer for an Internet Telephony Service Provider. Brian was promoted to Director, Network Engineering in September of 2011. He is responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of Transbeam nationwide data & voice network.
