What are your rates?
Carry-in repairs are $85 for the first half hour, and $65 per half hour thereafter. On-Site repairs are $170 per hour, with a one hour minimum charge. Warranty repairs are free. No charge, never, nothing, ever. Apple pays us to take care of you.
What does my Apple Limited Product Warranty cover?
Any hardware failure that was not caused by user abuse (spilling coffee, throwing laptop at your older brother, etc...) If your machine is misbehaving, we can evaluate it and determine if it is a warranty issue. There is no charge for determining the warranty status of a repair. Please note, Apple does not cover software problems.

| AppleCare / Warranty Repairs We are an Authorized Apple Service Provider. If you have a problem with your Mac, our qualified technicians can diagnose your Mac and give you an evaluation on the spot- no waiting, no need to schedule an appointment in advance. Is your Mac under warranty or covered by AppleCare? Warranty repairs are free- if you have a desktop machine that is covered under Applecare and if we need to order parts for your machine, our turnaround time is 24-48 hours (barring a parts backorder and shipping). |

Out of Warranty Repairs If your Apple computer is not covered under warranty we will give you an estimate free of charge when you drop off your machine. We usually get parts within 24 hours so if you live on your Mac, you can be back up and running in short order. |
| Consulting Services The Apple Services division of Transbeam provides IT consulting, planning and operational services to companies, educators and individuals who run Macs as a primary platform or in a mixed environment. We have experienced Apple Certified technicians and engineers on staff who will work with you to tailor solutions to your needs. |
Apple Sales Transbeam is an Authorized Apple Reseller. Anything Apple sells, we can sell also. Our prices are the exact same as Apple, and sometimes a little better. Need software, no problem! We can get anything you need to get your home or office up and running. Have a soon-to-be college student? We'll let you know exactly what's needed and get you everything so they will be all set to go. |
