Dylan Hotel - leading NYC boutique hotel
Problem:
Hotel wanted to upgrade all rooms to support high speed internet access and video on demand. Hotel wiring infrastructure was old and outdated and would require massive investment to upgrade to support desired solution.
Solution:
Using the hotels existing telephone wiring, Transbeam installed in-room devices within 5 minutes per room. No new wiring was required and no walls needed to be damaged to install service. Rooms were not needed to be vacated to install solution. The solution was installed during the morning house keeping visit.
Benefit:
Hotel was able to save high capital investment in rewiring guest rooms. Hotel was able to achieve objective and was able to secure a new source of revenue via daily high speed internet charges and video on demand charges to guest rooms. No construction or painting was required after upgrade project.
