Additional IP Request
Policy:
Customers are provided with 1 publicly routed IP address at the time of account activation. Customers may request additional IP addresses with a one time set-up charge of $100.00 and a $5.00 per month recurring charge for each IP address. The Customer is required to submit an application in which the Customer must justify the need for additional IPs. Granting of IPs will be the sole discretion of the Transbeam Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager. Following are some questions that M U S T be answered.
INCOMPLETE FORMS will result in an immediate disqualification of the application. It is also the responsibility of the Customer to follow-up on an applications approval status.
Terms:
In order to be eligible for additional IP addresses, the Customer must have used 80% of it's current network space. 60% of any additional network space (allocated IP addresses) must be put to use within one week of IP block assignment. New IP addresses will be subject to random "pings" by Transbeam in order to authenticate such usage. At least 80% must be in use within three months of allocation. Failure to comply may result in the withdrawal of IPs by Transbeam. Upon approval of application, please allow for 5-6 business days for route completion.
