TRANSBEAM ACQUIRES INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER Transbeam Inc., a leading integrated communications provider, is pleased to announce the successful customer migration of I-2000, Inc., a Long Island based Internet Service Provider. Avner Nebel, Transbeam's Vice President of Network Operation commented, "the migration of hundreds of DSL and T1 lines onto the Transbeam network was a virtually seamless operation, and it was completed sooner than we expected. The acquisition papers were signed on February 4, 2005 and at this point, the network migration is complete." Ray Sanchez, President of I-2000 concurred by saying, "I-2000 is pleased that our valued clients are under the care of Transbeam, Inc. (http://www.transbeam.com). Transbeam has built a more extensive and more reliable network as well as a stronger technical support department than I-2000." He also added, "Transbeam has been in the business since 1996. I am confident this was the right decision for everyone, especially for I-2000's customers." This acquisition was a key stepping stone in Transbeam's growth strategy. It allowed further expansion of the Transbeam footprint and the delivery of its offerings in the newly deployed coverage area. By adding to its revenue and client base while maintaining the same level of operational expenses, Transbeam has greatly improved its operational efficiency and effectively established itself as a leader in an industry where fewer and fewer successful competitors remain. Transbeam is continuing its strategy of acquiring Internet Service Providers to expand its national footprint. About Transbeam
