Plaza Construction - one of NYC's leading commercial construction company's.
Problem:
Needed to establish multiple high speed internet connections at various construction job sites quickly and efficiently often for only a few months at a time. Short term connection often incur very high installation and/or cancellation charges. Additionally the existing, primary high speed internet circuit at the main office often had problems and experienced outages.
Solution:
Transbeam was able to install DSL circuits at all job sites, sometimes in as little as 4 days. Connections could be upgraded or downgraded quickly on short notice. Transbeam was able to offer month to month contracts. At main office, Transbeam provided a 1.54mb circuit used to backup the primary circuit.
Benefits:
Transbeam provided reliable service at all sites while proactively monitoring all circuits for possible outages or problems. 2) Was able to eliminate early cancellation fees by signing month to month contracts with Transbeam. 3) Transbeam's connection at main office allowed Plaza Construction to have nearly guaranteed uptime by utilizing the Transbeam circuit.
