Sam Kashi has been leading Transbeam since 2000. As the leader of the company's vision and product strategy, he is responsible for making Transbeam one of the nation's leading broadband service providers and acquiring some of the Company's largest corporate clients. Prior to joining Transbeam, Sam specialized in founding and developing small-mid size businesses in the New York metro region. His ability to quickly and efficiently restructure companies and adjust their business models in the face of shifting economic climates has allowed Transbeam to thrive through marketplace changes and to achieve a market leader position. His in-depth understanding of the market allows Sam to lead Transbeam's innovative product strategy and to acquire a client list that includes The Waldorf Astoria, CIBC World Markets and The New York Palace Hotel, among others. Sam also manages Transbeam's financial and corporate growth and is responsible for positioning Transbeam to benefit from new business opportunities, keeping the Company always steps ahead of the market.
Marc Sellouk

Marc originally conceived of Transbeam in 1996 as a state-of-the-art broadband services solution provider that would bridge Internet technologies and carrier-level telecommunications to provide a much sought-after solution to the ways companies built effective data and voice networks. His deep knowledge of all facets of information technology, backbone design and architecture and IP services, enabled Marc to set new standards in the added value network services market. At Transbeam, Marc is pioneering next generation broadband technologies and leveraging the Company to be first to market with new added-value services like SDSL and Voice Over DSL, in the New York metro area. Marc also manages Company's corporate growth, fostering strategic partnerships with equipment manufacturers and carriers such as Paradyne Networks and Level 3 Communications, creating one of the most cost-efficient, high quality network infrastructures in the US. He is also responsible for Transbeam's successful regulatory contracts and is constantly on the lookout for new business opportunities. Marc's foresight into the market provides a solid foundation and competitive advantage for Transbeam's present and future plans.
Eric Kashi
Vice President and Director
Eric brings Transbeam extensive experience in strategic growth and ROI optimization, helping companies capitalize on market opportunities and shifting market trends. An experienced business executive, Eric manages Transbeam's day-to-day operations, supporting the company's rapid growth and increased transaction volume. Eric is also a successful entrepreneur with strong organizational and leadership skills. He is the founder and President of Kashi Enterprises, Inc., a textile-industry consulting firm and the co-founder of D.K. Communications, a reseller of long-distance telephone services, which today shares its growing client base with Transbeam. Eric graduated from New York University, Stern School of Business.
Avner Nebel
Executive Vice President and Director
Avner joined Transbeam in 1998, bringing with him a strong background in professional services and IT management. Prior to joining Transbeam, Avner served as an operations and efficiency consultant for technology companies in New York. Prior to that he held senior training and development positions with the Israel Defense Forces and is a promoter of an innovative business management process - Service, Security and Professionalism in the Workplace, originally developed for the IDF. These guiding principles have been pivotal in Transbeam's evolution from a young ISP startup, to the technology leader it is today. Avner is responsible for developing Transbeam's technically advanced and service orientated operations team. He also leads the company's Hotel and Conferencing services group, guiding clients towards technological solutions that are both cost-effective and secure.
